GOOD EYE SIGHT

Eye is the major important part in our body. It performs the main role in the life. We depending the others for all kind of work on condition that bad eye sight. Vitamin A is the strength for eye. We must be eating the vitamin A contains food, for good eye sight. Do not see the sun light with direct looking of sun, during hard sun light. It affects the eye sight. Do not give over strain to the eye in front of TV and computer as well as watching that with the required distance. Sleeping is very useful for good eyesight. Close the eyes for sometimes when long time working gives major benefit to eye sight. Do not crash the eyes while any dust in eyes.
